The Space of mind Professional Organization volunteers weekly at the Milagro Center to help make a difference in less fortunate kids’ lives. Space of Mind puts together lots of different programs to help the kids work on their more difficult subjects in school, talk about how to treat people, and more.
I feel that the Space of Mind Organization really helps the Milagro kids in their everyday life. When the Space of Mind Organization goes to the Miligro Center all the kids get really excited. We work with the kids on their homework for an hour every time we see them. The kids work on all their school subjects and we help them if they have any questions. We plan activities to work on how the kids treat others by asking them what names they liked to be called and not to be called. We play interactive games with them to make sure the point gets across about being a good person to others in their community and family.
